Shafi Ahamed: Director for Solutions Center (India)

Shafi has over 7 years experience in the software industry. At Hewlett-Packard, where he gained experience in product research and development, and worldwide support, he was part of the R&D teams that developed industry-leading products in the areas of operational support systems, network management, and event correlation.

Shafi also has intensive exposure to and experience in the management of telecommunication and data communication networks. Possessing in-depth awareness of quality processes and SEI-CMM levels, Shafi in the past few years has been handling system integration activities, which include product customization and custom solutions development.

Shafi has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India.
