Beryl A. Graham: COO, e*Tezeract Inc.

Beryl Graham has extensive experience in both startups and Fortune 500 companies, which gives him a unique perspective on customer requirements and product differentiation. His experience with negotiating strategic alliances is a major asset.

Beryl has over 15 years of experience managing software development and over 10 years in market development, strategic planning, and alliances. Over his career Beryl has worked for Hughes, Ford, HP, and more recently, his own company. At Hewlett Packard his responsibilities spanned management of PC operating systems development, setting the strategic direction for the $3-billion PC business, and negotiating critical strategic alliances. Strategic contracts he negotiated include a number of major players such as Microsoft, Lucent, and Lotus.

Beryl started his career in systems design for the Hughes Aircraft Company, and quickly added software development to his portfolio. He has personally developed a number of software products, and holds several patents relating to networked systems.

Beryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering with Systems Emphasis, and a Master of Engineering degree with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence with honors from California State University Pomona.
